I designed this sixth month course to help you move away from your focus on the narcissist and into a focus on yourself and the future that you want to have. 

By the end of this sixth month course you will stop obsessing on narcissism, create new strategies so you are never captured by another love bomber, establish new mental strategies to move into positive self talk and begin moving forward to finding lasting love in your life.

Month 1

The choice

In this first month we will discuss the choice of moving away from blame, not because bad things didn’t happen, but because you no longer want to focus on the past. It isn’t there any more. It is over and all that energy focused on a place you no longer want to be is energy you can use to move forward. You will be given a weekly exercise to examine the following questions.

·Why you stayed?

· Why you left?

· Why you decided you were done looking backwards

Month 2

Super Traits, Co-dependency, and the contradictions

In this second month we will discuss Super Traits. These are the personality traits you were born with which may have led you more easily to a narcissistic partner, These traits include heightened empathy, tolerance, and agreeableness as well as a strong belief in loyalty. While these are excellent traits to have moving forward they will need to be chaperoned.

In this month you will be given a weekly exercise to help you understand your super traits…

· What specific super traits are heightened in you?

· How these traits may have made you more attractive to the narcissist

· Ways in which you will chaperone your super traits in the future

Month 3

Letting go of the narcissist

In this third month we are going to let go of the exaggerated beliefs you may still have about the narcissist. He is not the devil, but simply a man. By the end of this month, any residual fear you may still have will dissipate and your weekly exercises will be focused on…

· How the narcissist uses love bombing and why you don’t have to fear it in the future

· An examination of how society is talking about narcissism

· Why giving your attention to narcissism heightens the hold it has over you.

Destroying ‘One of Many Syndrome’

In this fifth month we are going to obliterate ‘one of many syndrome.’ This is my name for what happens after you’ve been cheated on excessively. Graduation to LOVE

In this last month we will move forward into what I hope is your favorite month. This will be when we explore what genuine love looks like to you.
